My coworker has a candy question bowl when she asks workers a questions about their lives when they take a piece from the bowl

Our leadership created a facebook group for our team to show how they are taking care of themselves during this time -- none of it work related.
I've instituted a Tuesday Coffee talk (informal catch up/check in), a Weds Power Hour where we focus on the job and further training and the occasional Friday Virtual Happy Hour to get the group together to unwind in an informal setting
Providing lunch for essential workforce that needs to report to the office versus working remote
Our Leader in Learning and Development reaches out to us daily with a daily quarantine question, and then she has Fire Start Fridays. She keeps us engaged regularly, she cares about our well being while keeping us on task with our responsibilities of work

after hearing concerns from our workers needing to be in the plant and our order for face mask order was delayed, one of our managers made face masks on his own
I have brought in board/card games to have the team take breaks in the day for those of us going into work. It gives us a chance to mentally reset and have a laugh and connect

Tanner’s previous comment gave me a thought: The financial markets continue to reflect the prevailing anxiety. The greater the market turbulence, the greater the need for businesses to have more empathy with customers, employees, and stakeholders.

Our leaders are on the front line rounding with our nurses and doctors. Our leadership Development department is reaching out via text, emails to leaders and teams across our hospital system. We are creating a resource page with micro learning and self care tips.
Our HR leader has created "Fun Day Fridays" where we can participate in virtual games that all the employees can join in. Like adding a caption to the CEO's schoolboy picture and a Best Chewbacca call.
What ideas could be suggested to connect our teams at home and our teams at the offices? Both are having different experiences and could use different forms of empathetic connection?
A nurse put out a video of her concern of passing on the virus to her family with little ones. An RV dealer here I Alberta became aware and arranged to send her a fully fuelled, stocked RV to park in their yard for her to stay in. Awesome Accountability and Empathy!
