Sometimes people assume that everyone knows or understands already.
Always putting fires out
We think we have communicated because we know it. Once you know it is difficult to consider that others don't know it as well.
The idea is so clear I my mind, so I forget that not everyone went through my thought process
Time/Workloads/Hesitation to overwhelm leaders
